Sector
Blockchain & Web3
Web3 infrastructure has the operational demands of public-cloud production with the security demands of finance and the audit demands of a system the world watches. We design and operate the platforms that make it work.
Sector context
Blockchain and Web3 infrastructure is no longer a frontier engineering problem; it is a regulated, scrutinised, billions-of-dollars-of-value-on-the-line operations problem. Validators, wallets, on-chain analytics and protocol infrastructure have to meet the reliability bar of any other production system, plus the security bar of finance, plus the on-chain scrutiny that a public ledger creates by definition. Cipherer has delivered DevSecOps and infrastructure across four major Web3 engagements: TrustWallet (Binance), Babylon Labs, Validation Cloud and Neon Foundation, spanning more than eight blockchain networks and seventeen-plus regions.
Track record
- TrustWallet (Binance)
DevSecOps and Web3 data lakehouse for one of the world's largest crypto wallets, serving 220M+ users. Real-time fraud detection and ML-driven product intelligence on Databricks, SageMaker and Delta Lake.
- Babylon Labs
DevSecOps for Babylon blockchain infrastructure, embedding security automation and continuous compliance into validator and platform operations.
- Neon Foundation
DevOps and platform engineering for the Neon blockchain ecosystem, delivering automated infrastructure and tooling for validator and protocol operations.
- Validation Cloud
Global blockchain infrastructure across 17+ regions supporting enterprise Web3 operations. Provisioning framework for Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, BNB Chain, Pocket Network and Casper. PCI-DSS and SOC 2 compliance achieved.
How we approach this sector
Validator orchestration as a discipline
We design validator and node operations with the same discipline as any other production workload: clear blast-radius boundaries, explicit incident response, observability that reflects on-chain reality, and security that assumes adversarial conditions.
Multi-region by default
Web3 is global. We design multi-region, multi-cloud patterns from day one and treat regional capacity, latency and resilience as the foundational constraints they are.
Audit-ready by construction
On-chain platforms are audited by everyone, including adversaries. Infrastructure decisions, change history and security controls are treated as evidence, not afterthought.
